Michael F. McPartlan, Esq. is a life-long resident of Western New York. He graduated from the Canisius College of Buffalo (Wehle School of Business) -- one of the Northeast’s premier Jesuit institutions -- with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance & Economics magna cum laude. His law degree is from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

 

Mr. McPartlan is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of New York, United States District Court for the Western District of New York, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York, and United States Tax Court.

 

Mr. McPartlan is a member in good standing of the Bar Association of Erie County.

Mr. McPartlan concentrates his practice on matrimonial & family law, criminal law (including drinking & driving related offenses and traffic tickets), personal injury law, and general civil litigation.

 

He has experience trying cases to decision in Family Court, and civil trial experience (to verdict) in the Commercial Part of New York State Supreme Court. Mr. McPartlan also represents individual investors before the FINRA arbitration tribunal.
